Phonestream - Managed Voice Platform

Phonestream is a product from Prostream which allows you to have a fully managed IP telephone system SIP which is instantly exapandable from 2 phones to 2000 phones per customer.

All video streaming provided by Prostream can be delivered to Flash, Real Audio, Windows Media or Silverlight players with each player has it's advantages and disadvantages over the other. In most cases for simple website deployment across multiple platforms and browsers, Flash and Silverlight will cover 99% of all video streaming requirements.

Video Streaming can provide an instant play experience for video delivery if the internet connection bandwidth available to the viewer is greater than that of the stream they are requesting; this experience is able to provide a simultaneous play and is perfect for "embedded video websites" and "watch again services". You can also provide navigation bars to your content so people can select to skip or reply parts of your video file, again with and instant play scenario.

How do we bill our clients for Video Streaming?

The billing cycle for video streaming is billed in a similar format to that of Mobile Phone Contracts, we commit you to an amount of data and then we charge you a cost for the excess data you use on a weekly basis. The more data that you commit to the more cost effective that the excess data fees are with the ability to check this in real time via the portal login.
